The Thomas Jason Lingo Community Center is located at 10284 Hwy. 17 South, Oak Grove, Louisiana 71263 and overseen by the NorthEast Educational Development Foundation (NEED). The Thomas Jason Lingo Community Center idea was originated by Shelton & Patsy Ruffin & the NEED Foundation Board of Directors in August, 1997. The plan was to develop a community/agriculture complex for West Carroll Parish and Northeast Louisiana. This facility provides extensive student activities through 4-H Club programs as well as to provide housing for The LSU Agriculture Center's Delta Rural Development Center.
This complex provides over 31,000 square feet of heated and cooled area that includes an auditorium with stage and seating for over 1,000, conference rooms, 4-H Club library/workroom, and office space to accommodate The LSU Agriculture Center's Delta Rural Development Center.

The 7 Oaks RV Campground is located adjacent to The Thomas Jason Lingo Community Center. There are 164 camping spots available with 30 & 50 amp recepticles, water, and sewer.
